Storyworlds is a tried and trusted reading resource for learning the English language. Finely-graded stories use a highly supportive see-saw structure that gradually gives the reader more and more control, building confidence and ensuring progress.

Titles are linked to popular themes, like food and the environment, so children can practise high frequency words. Storyworlds fiction is set in four different ‘worlds’: Once Upon a Time World is full of tall tales and exciting adventures; Our World stories are in familiar settings; Animal World stories will excite and delight; and Fantasy World stories are packed with pirates, magic and more. Each story is finely levelled to ensure children make steady, structured progression in their reading skills.

Storyworlds Bridges is a range of exciting stories, ideal for use with more able pupils to prepare them for Key Stage 2. Written by well-known authors, each reader has a more complex vocabulary and grammatical structure than the core Storyworlds fiction readers.
